DeepFunnel generates marketing content ideas and videos, publishes content you approve to social accounts you connect, and analyzes your posts' performance. AI-generated content and analysis may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for everything published to your accounts.
You must own or have rights to the social accounts you connect and the assets you upload. You retain all rights to your content; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (store, process, render, and publish on your instruction). You will not use the service to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to spam, or to violate any platform's terms.
Publishing automation is opt-in and per-platform. Default mode requires your explicit approval of each item. If you enable full automation for a platform, you accept responsibility for content published under that setting; you can disable it at any time.
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe and include stated video-generation quotas. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You must be 18+ and using the service for business purposes. The service is not offered to the general public in mainland China.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee content performance, follower growth, revenue, or platform outcomes (including account standing on third-party platforms). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calora LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections 6 and 8 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Calora LLC's formation. We may update these terms with in-product notice. Contact: legal@deepfunnel.co.
