DeepFunnel is a social media marketing assistant for founders. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and login credentials.
• Brand knowledge base: product information, brand assets, and marketing content you provide or that we draft from URLs you submit.
• Connected platform tokens: OAuth tokens for social accounts you choose to connect (e.g. X, LinkedIn, Threads). We use them only to publish content you approve and to read your own posts' performance metrics. We never read private messages, never act on accounts you have not connected, and never post without your approval settings permitting it.
• Performance data: metrics of your own published posts (impressions, engagement), provided by platform APIs or entered manually by you.
• Usage data: basic product analytics (feature usage, errors) to improve the service.

How we use it

To operate the product: generate content ideas and videos, publish approved content on your schedule, analyze your posts' performance, and produce reports for you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not advertise to you or anyone else based on your data.

Service providers

• Anthropic (AI processing) — your brand and content data is processed via the Claude API under Anthropic's commercial terms (not used for model training).
• Stripe (payments) — we never see or store your card details.
• Social platform APIs (X, LinkedIn, Meta/Threads, TikTok, Google/YouTube) — governed by their own terms when you connect an account.
• Cloud hosting providers for storage and compute.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account deletes your knowledge base, queue, tokens, and analytics within 30 days (soft-delete window of 7 days for accidental deletion recovery). You can disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access token.

Your rights

You may access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings or by emailing us. California and EU/EEA residents have additional statutory rights; contact us to exercise them.

Service area

DeepFunnel is offered to businesses and individuals operating outside mainland China. We do not offer the service to the general public in mainland China.
